These Terms govern use of the Intsell public website, product demo, and business-enquiry surface.

1. Scope
This website presents Intsell, demonstrates an example customer-selection flow, and directs visitors to free account creation or business-enquiry channels. Use of the website is subject to these Terms and applicable law.
2. Demo and Transaction Boundary
The public demo uses example content solely to illustrate product behavior. The website does not accept product orders, payments, binding sales offers, or transactions on behalf of a customer. Intsell is not a party to a Store's product pricing, stock, delivery, return, or sales commitments.
3. Intellectual Property
Rights in the Intsell brand, website design, text, software, demo interfaces, and visual assets belong to Intsell or the relevant rights holders. Content may be viewed to evaluate the service but may not be reproduced, commercially exploited, or presented misleadingly without written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
Unauthorized access attempts, bypassing security controls, malicious code, service disruption, excessive automated extraction, impersonation, and unlawful submissions are prohibited. Good-faith security reports may be sent to info@intsell.app.
5. Third-Party Links
The website may link to the Intsell application or third-party services. Third-party content, security, and data practices are governed by their own terms.
6. Service and Liability Boundary
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access or a particular commercial result is not guaranteed. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
