Personal data processed
We process your name, store name, email address, and any phone/WhatsApp number or message you choose to provide. To secure the form, we also retain the consent time, an IP-derived hashed client fingerprint, and a duplicate-submission key.
Purpose and legal basis
Based on your explicit consent under Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, your data is processed only to assess and respond to your enquiry, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, and track notification delivery. Your agreement in the form is limited to this processing. We do not request separate marketing permission and do not use this form for marketing communications.
Analytics and performance measurement
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated usage and performance measurement without sending directly identifying form fields. Measurements may include the page path, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate country/city, device and browser type, and web performance values. Custom events contain only the event name, language, and placement on the page. Vercel's current configuration uses no third-party cookies; the visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours and measurements are not associated with an individual or IP address. A separate analytics cookie banner is therefore not used for the current configuration.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with Vercel for hosting and application infrastructure, Supabase for the database, and Resend for email delivery. Where these providers use infrastructure outside Turkey, transfers are handled with the safeguards and procedures required by Turkish data protection law. Your data is not sold.
Collection and retention
Data is collected directly through this form; technical security data is collected automatically when you submit it. Enquiry content is retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, notification events for 90 days, and rate-limit and duplicate-prevention hashes for 14 days before deletion or anonymisation.
Your rights and requests
You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, including requesting information, correction, erasure, objection, and other rights provided by law. Send your request, together with information sufficient to verify your identity, to info@intsell.app.
